I absolutely adore the delectable glazed maple pecan scones from this North Spokane bakery. Whenever I visit, I always make sure to grab some of their fantastic pizza crusts, which my kids adore. Our neighborhood pizzeria now uses their gluten-free crusts, making for some truly delicious pizzas. Just a heads-up, their operating hours are limited (Tuesday-Saturday, 12-7) and they may close early if they sell out quickly.
