Nudo really impressed me with their spicy Tonkotsu ramen and flavorful pad Thai, both of which hit the spot perfectly. The service was quick and friendly, and the vibe inside is super chill with cool artwork on the walls. I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in Spokane because the food is fresh, filling, and just plain tasty.
