I lived in Spokane for about five years, working long hours at a startup while my coworkers and I often unwound at our favorite restaurant after work. The cozy atmosphere and excellent food, paired with a great selection of brews like Fuller's ESB on tap, made it a memorable spot that I would choose to revisit if I returned to the city.
