I love going to Eagle's Nest for their amazing customer service and smiles all around. It's great to see a female-owned business like Kim's thriving in the community. Their Americano iced coffee with three shots is my go-to morning pick-me-up, and the staff always remember my order and my dogs too!

One of the people who works here (Alina) said a racial slur while another person (Elaine) was filming a TikTok on the job. These girls not only laughed at this slur, which is already bad enough, but did so on a TikTok that hundreds of people were watching. I felt uncomfortable, offended, and degraded. I think these two girls need to be fired. How are they allowed to say those things and get away with making people feel like this in a place of business? Needless to say, I will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending to others.
