There's a charming little deli in Spokane Valley that has quickly become one of my favorite lunch spots. Their mac and cheese grilled cheese is a must-try, and the option to order half sandwiches lets you sample a variety of their delicious offerings. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a perfect place to grab a bite and even do a bit of shopping for locally sourced goodies.
