The carne asada stands out, and the accompanying red and green salsas are fresh and distinctively flavorful, making each order satisfying despite the limited drink options. Operating Monday through Friday from 10 to 6, this taco truck serves a concise menu including tacos, tortas, burritos, and quesadillas, all of which consistently deliver quality and value in a grab-and-go setting with nearby parking.

My husband and I are big fans of this taco truck in Spokane. The flavors in their food are rich and delicious, and my favorite is the torta with fresh avocado. The salsas are a must-try, especially the hottest one, adding the perfect kick to your meal.
