On New Year's Eve, we had a reservation for a late dinner. I was a bit worried that the kitchen staff might be exhausted after a long day, but to my surprise, the steak I ordered was absolutely perfect. Our waitress, Terri, was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The overall service and food quality exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another meal at this restaurant.

I really love this place I just hate that I can't get down there as much I want to it was one of my favorite restaurants that I would go would go to everytime I was in Springfield but since I retired from the military I don't go there as much as I used to

Great place, good food, exceptional service. Went last week and am going tonight. Love the Santa Maria steak and salad bar!

This place is amazing. We enjoy eating here because the food is very good and the staff makes you feel like family. In fact we are going there tonight for dinner. They also will make sure seating is easy for me as I walk on a cane. I have also noticed staff cutting a gentlemans steak as he could not see to do it. This is place is the best.

Great food, great service!!! We love this place and have always had delicious food, the staff is friendly and fast. I cannot say enough good things about Alexander's we will be returning again and again.

First visit. Thought someone would explain, that you are suppose to cook your own steaks
Wish we would have ! Steaks were horrible !
For the prices , you would think they would have a Chief. Service, was poor. If you need extra butter, quicker to go to store. Recommend buy your own grill and steaks, it would be cheaper. Shame on this so called steaks house, It should be an meat market to buy over priced steaks
