Having resided here for two decades, I finally experienced the renowned flavors of Dillons tonight, and it did not disappoint. The simplicity of their menu is a breath of fresh air, especially if you appreciate a delicate, cracker-like crust. Despite my usual preference for thicker crusts, this thin crust pizza won me over with its flavorful sauce and perfectly balanced toppings. The cozy atmosphere at the Northern Lights bar next door, where you can grab a slice through their convenient pass-through window, added a unique charm to the overall dining experience.
