My family and i ordered from krekles custard tonight and we were informed after placing the delivery that it would be about an hour before it was delivered. We were fine with this because we know during summer our favorite ice cream place is extremely busy all night. After about an hour and 15 minutes we called order2eat because the website showed the driver had still not arrived to krekels. The woman that answered the phone stated they were having a busy night, tbay she wasn't able to get a call through to krekles to place the order, and that they were sending a driver to pick up our order soon. About 45 minutes later a driver delivered our ice cream. He was professional and friendly and apologetic, however, once we had opened our order we realized we were missing one of the four items. Frustrated we called the office again to inform them of the issue. The same lady we''d spoken to earlier offered to have a driver come with the item we were missing or offer to credit the item. We explained that the possibility of having to wait another two hours for our treat wasn't worth it and told her we strongly felt we deserved more than just the simple $6 refund due to the lack of communication and service. The woman said she would have to call us back and she did to tell us that we we would receive the refund for the one item only and it would be refunded in 3 to 4 business days. My family and I are not usually ones to request a full refund or even a partial refund beyond what we didn't receive however in this case it was due. this was the first time we have used the service and it will definitely be the last. Very disappointed.
