The Ash Grove train wreck serves some of the best Mexican food I've had, with flavorful dishes like fajitas, steaks, and carne asada tacos, plus amazing margaritas and fantastic service. The atmosphere is super welcoming and unique, with friendly staff who even let us hang out on the back patio with our dog, making every visit feel like coming home.
