Driving from Arkansas to Springfield in search of authentic Chinese cuisine led me to Hong Kong Inn on Sunshine Street, where the sweet and sour chicken was perfectly cooked with tender meat and a flavorful sauce dotted with pineapple pieces. The crab rangoons were generously filled with creamy cheese, and the beef lo mein featured tender beef and crisp broccoli, all served piping hot with prompt service that made every visit a consistently satisfying experience.
