The Mexican Villa may not offer the most authentic Tex-Mex experience, but it satisfies my craving for hearty, flavorful dishes. The Sancho Enchilada style, smothered in rich sauce, is a personal favorite that keeps me coming back. While the food may not align with traditional Mexican cuisine, the friendly staff and affordable prices make it a convenient choice for a satisfying meal.

Where did the flavor go? Just ordered and had Sancho's Enchilada style. The flavor of the sauce is totally different. Not happy about that. Bring back the old recipe.
