My husband and I have enjoyed dining at Bubba's on two occasions during our trips to Springfield for flights. The food was exceptionally delicious both times, prompting us to make a return visit. The burnt ends and pulled pork, along with the beans and sweet potato fries, were just as fantastic this time around. The prices are reasonable, the staff is welcoming, and our meals were served promptly, making for a wonderful BBQ experience that we'll definitely revisit whenever we're in town.

I called one hour before I was given my food. I called placed my order they said 15-20 minutes I got there and three people came in after me, received their food after placing their order at the counter. Absolutely will not be going back, they were rude and would not give money back for THEIR mistake.

If you haven't tried Bubbas BBQ you should. I love this place. I eat here 3 - 5 a month.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and the food was outstanding. We got the platter for 2 and soooo much food we couldn't finish it. Good prices!! Friendly staff! Relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommend this place!!

Take it from someone who not only eats lots of BBQ but does BBQ. Indifferent to the former review, I eat here once a week, it's good. If you like KC style, you'll like the combination of oak & hickory!!

This is the worst BBQ place in the city. Be warned, this place serves poor quality meat. Someone needs to tell them that good BBQ requires decent meat, and is not simply "magic herbs and spices" served on squirrel.
