We dined at Hong Kong Inn on Kearney on a whim, as our usual spot was closed. The variety of dishes we tried were all freshly made and flavorful, despite the bustling atmosphere. While the service was efficient, the standout was undeniably the delicious cashew chicken and egg drop soup, making this restaurant a new favorite for me in Springfield.
