I was really impressed with the Springfield Gourmet Taco Company. I've eaten there three times at the drive through and even without the atmosphere of a restaurant to dine in I knew this was sit down, enjoy an evening type of food. I noticed the fresh ingredients first and last. Every bite was great. The only complaint would be that there is only one restaurant and its on the east side. If they expanded I'd be able to hit it more often because I work all over the area.
