The people here are genuinely kind and always make you feel welcome, plus their bagels and sandwiches are seriously delicious and fresh. They get pretty busy, so ordering online saves time, and the variety goes beyond just bagels, though some items like the breakfast platter didn't wow me. What really stands out is how caring the staff are-they go out of their way to help others, which makes me want to keep coming back for more than just the food.
