OMG. Audrey's cooking rocks. I can not get enough of her Gourmet Egg Rolls, Fried Chicken, Shrimp, Clams etc. Many people miss the shack being at the Regional Market but insiders know she has a Vending Truck now and you can track events and places she'll be at on 'StreetFood Finder' or the Yum Yum Shack site on Facebook. The GN Mall truck Fest on Wednesday is amazing. The Eggroll flavors I love the best are: Collard Greens, Shrimp Pad Thai, Reubens, Bulgogi and Peach Mango. Don't forget that sweet chili dipping sauce with the Collard Greens. OMG!
