Dinner last night at the historic Scotch Steakhouse in Central New York was absolutely flawless, with perfectly cooked steaks, exceptional sides like the French onion soup and poutine, and attentive, friendly service that made the evening truly memorable. The cozy ambiance by the fireplace on the bistro side added warmth to the experience, and the passion of the team was evident in every detail, leaving me and my associates thoroughly satisfied and eager to return.
