During my first visit to Syracuse, I had breakfast at The Gem Diner and was impressed by the friendly service and classic diner atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, including large pancakes and flavorful dishes like the Hawaiian Burger and corned beef hash. Despite the busy mornings, the staff was attentive and efficient, making it a welcoming and satisfying experience that I look forward to repeating.

During my recent visit to Syracuse, I decided to try out The Gem Diner for breakfast after staying at the Aloft hotel. The diner has a warm and friendly small-town atmosphere with a diverse menu offering plenty of choices. Despite a short wait on Saturday morning, the service was efficient and the food, including the large plate-sized pancakes, was satisfying. If you're looking for a classic diner experience with good food and prompt service on the north side of Syracuse, The Gem Diner is a great option to consider.
