Lou is an exceptional bartender who made our experience in Syracuse memorable. Her knowledge of the restaurant and bar added to our enjoyment. The filet is a must-try, consistently cooked to perfection with excellent presentation. We will definitely return and recommend this gem inside the Genesee Grande Hotel.

took a half an hour to just get bread. they forgot one of our dishes but by then it didn't matter. Should have offered a free drink for the poor service. The bar area much better than dining area.
