My family and I went on Sunday early evening and we all agreed that the food was delicious and the waitress was good but the music was too too loud for a nice family time. You couldn't have a conversation unless you screamed at each other so because of that we won't come back. Excited they have take out ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I've never had Puerto Rican food before, so I don't have much to compare to. What I can say i that we visited Rice and Beans this weekend and it was absolutely delicious. It's a small little place and it seemed like it might be somewhat authentic. Great food, great service. We really enjoyed our meal here.

I have been to many spanish resturants but no one comes near the quailty of the food Rice & Beans serves. The flavor is out of this world. I have to stop myself sometimes because I can eat there everday. The very best Puerto Rican cuisine in Tampa / Lutz. Muah .........XOXOXO
