The food is delicious and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, with great flavors in dishes like churrasco served with chimichurri, arroz con gandules, and tostones. Although the service can be slow at times, the friendly staff and cozy, dimly lit atmosphere make it a welcoming spot for a relaxed dinner or special occasion.

My family and I went on Sunday early evening and we all agreed that the food was delicious and the waitress was good but the music was too too loud for a nice family time. You couldn't have a conversation unless you screamed at each other so because of that we won't come back. Excited they have take out ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I've never had Puerto Rican food before, so I don't have much to compare to. What I can say i that we visited Rice and Beans this weekend and it was absolutely delicious. It's a small little place and it seemed like it might be somewhat authentic. Great food, great service. We really enjoyed our meal here.

I have been to many spanish resturants but no one comes near the quailty of the food Rice & Beans serves. The flavor is out of this world. I have to stop myself sometimes because I can eat there everday. The very best Puerto Rican cuisine in Tampa / Lutz. Muah .........XOXOXO
