Good food and good service

I'm visiting Tampa and was looking for Mediterranean food. I came across the Istanbul restaurant, which had appealing food pictures. I drove quite a distance to get there, expecting to enjoy delicious food like I had in Turkey. I spent $38.00 on a beef shawarma, a chicken sandwich, and a rice pudding, all for takeout. When I arrived at the hotel and opened the bag, I discovered that the beef shawarma didn't actually contain any beef-it was filled entirely with cabbage-and it tasted terrible. From the first bite, I felt ill, and now my stomach is hurting. My daughter couldn't eat the chicken sandwich either; it was soaked with cabbage and had very little chicken, so we ended up throwing away everything. The rice pudding was also disappointing, lacking in flavor. It was truly the worst food I've ever had. We spoke to the manager about the situation, but he accused us of lying. According to him, he reviewed the security camera footage and claimed that the order was correct and the food was good. However, he did mention that he would strive to do better next time.
However, we informed him that there wouldn't be a next time because it's simply not acceptable to accuse customers of lying. We were simply calling to bring the situation to his attention, so that he would be aware and prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue. I strongly suspect that the food at that restaurant is unclean, as I am currently feeling very sick.
