A close friend of mine was hosting a celebrate in the crystal dining room and we reserved one of the private rooms. There were about 40+ guests dinning and drinking that evening. The overall experience was atrocious. Not only was the restaurant under staffed. Only having one waiter for a party of 40+ people. But the food came out cold, wrong and some guests did not get there meals until 30 minutes after everyone else. Once we asked for the check it took them an additional hour to drop off everyone bills. At this point everyone was frustrated and annoyed. The restaurant employees made no attempt to apologize for the poor service or wait time. They over charged me for appetizers I did not even have. We were so annoyed having been there 4+ hours that we threw money down on the table and left. My husband and I frequently patron the piano bar down stairs and I will tell you that I will never spend another penny in that establishment. I am beyond disappointed that what was suppose to be a celebration turned into such a nightmare.
