I've been there several times and NEVER!!! Had a problem until today. The waitress walked by us several times taking orders from people that had come in after us. And then to top it off order was right. I ordered a Media Moche with little mayo/mustard, very little lettuce and extra tomatoes. I got LOTS!! of mayo/mustard loaded with lettuce and 1 slice of tomato cut in half.. I also ordered a stuff potatoe for my 18 mth old grandson and asked for a spoon to feed it to him and the waitress brought me a fork and knife. My daughters orders a Cuban all the way and all she got was ham and cheese. My mom ordered Spanish bean soup the beans were hard no Cuban bread to go with the soup either . Drinks were ordered 3 cokes and a 7up with classes of ice well all we go the the cokes and 7up. NOT!!! Once did the waitress come by our table to ask if all was fine. Then the cashier didn't know how to add. I know I was over charged cause for all that ordered we paid $30.00. I can eat for less and better at another Spanish restaurant but I won't mention names to be nice. Mario you need to get better employees.
