I bought a 5 lb. bag of chicken in there a week ago. I got it home, opened it up and it smelled terrible. I wasn't able to get back up there for a few days so I sealed it and stored it in my fridge. A week later I ran back up there and explained that I purchased bad chicken and could they please just exchange it. Unfortunately the owner was up there (not his son Paul) and he was rude and nasty. He said "I'll lose money on it." and refused to exchange it. He also told me I should have froze it immediately or else it wouldn't have lasted. I am now doing a charge-back on my credit card.
