I hadn't been here since 2015, but the pho and banh mi still hit the spot with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The vibe is chill with upbeat Vietnamese tunes, friendly staff, and a clean, comfy space that makes it a solid go-to for Vietnamese food around Temple Terrace.

I've been going to Saigon Bay for a couple of years. I always order the tofu with mixed vegetables, which is really good. The service is really good and the price won't break your budget, especially if you're a college student.
