I visited twice, first in May for Snow White and then in June with Ariel, and unfortunately, the A/C broke down during the second visit, making it uncomfortably hot. Despite that, the staff and Ariel made the experience enjoyable, and the girls had a great time. The food was good, but I wished there were more options for the price, especially compared to other high tea places I've been to.

What a nasty woman who owns the shop! I could not understand her she barely speaks English i think she is from Iran she was very rude to me and my family. She should not be in the business of a Tea Room it is suppose to be sweet, relaxing charming. she was nasty and ruined the entire experience for several of us there. She was on the phone yelling at some woman about her phone getting cut off and yelled at a vendor and cussed her out on front of us...it was horrible!
