During a visit to Tampa, I tried the Cuban sandwich, which came with unexpected additions of lettuce and tomatoes, but it was still quite tasty. The cafe con leche was enjoyable, although parking in the area can be challenging due to limited space. The atmosphere is casual and lively, with friendly service and generous portions of authentic Cuban fare.

Excellent Cuban food! A real bang for your buck. Try some of their great deserts. Excellent homey atmosphere-I was sick recently and looking for a place close to home for a friend to pick up some good home-made soup for me-When I called in I got TLC from Maria, who took my order. She made sure I got a helping of the special of the day, 'Ajiaco'-which will revive the dead {Ajiaco is a Cuban vegetable soup with a real wallop to get you back on your feet-It was delicious. Great place to eat and make friends. This will be a regular stop for me. Great Cuban sandwich, as well as all kinds of apetisers., i.e., croquettes, empanadas, all kinds of goodies. You feel comfortable enough to dine solo--very friendly, clean - eveything out in the open- restaurant.
