We came for dinner. We were seated right away. We ordered the daily featured meal of chicken picata. Order a salad for another $6. Gpt the salad. One minute later our food arrives. Starting eating the salad underneath most of the lettuce was brown...yuck. this was the worst chicken Piscataway ever. The chicken I'd supposed to get lightly browned. This was a frozen breast that was bakes or steamed., rubbery and flavorless on top of greasy Alfredo sauce. Our waiter never came back to ask how it was or we would've returned it. No one ever asked about why the salad wasn't eaten. Don't go here! This is not Italian food.! Over priced and subpar.

WARNING: HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS!! From the beginning: Wait time was reasonable- only 20-25 minutes and the mushroom appetizer was good. Wait staff forgot to give us utensils, which is forgivable enough, but then they forgot someone in our party ordered soup, and gave a meat sauce with the ravioli of one in our party who asked for the regular marinara because they are a vegetarian. The waitress took the ravioli back, then brought a new ravioli entree to our friend. THIS IS WHEN THE TROUBLE STARTED: The waitress said, as she held the ravioli entree with a towel protecting her hands, that she felt it was too hot to give to our party member. Our party member said, "we can try", touched the plate by the scorching sides, then said, NOPE. The waitress then laid the pasta bowl down in an attempt to slide it across the table to the party member, in a fashion that it was going to fall in my lap if I did not do something. I touched the plate briefly to aid it as to not fall on me, and it burned my finger, while my friend who ordered the pasta also helped, FARTHER receiving 2nd degree burns as confirmed by the fire department due to being served such a hot plate. Yes, we understand the waitress did say it was hot, but I really feel like there is a point where food so hot to the touch and unsafe should never have made its way to the table. After this incident about a minute later, we told the waitress our party member was badly burned by the plate, and she went to retrieve the manager. A few minutes later, the manager arrives. The father of the burned party member, understandably upset, was talking to the manager, who, NEVER SAID THEY WERE SORRY, ASKED HOW THEY COULD HELP, OR EVEN LOOKED AT THE BURNT PARTY MEMBER, just said we were told the plate was hot and walked away to retrieve the owner/higher up manager than herself at the request of the father. This manager also took the food away, so our party member did not even get the chance to eat if they wanted to. This owner/general manager comes to our table and immediately again defends the fact that we were told the plate was hot, again never apologizing or acknowledging the fact that a person may need potential medical attention as blisters are forming in the restaurant. She again just walked away with no resolution. About 5 minutes later, a different waitress shows up to ask if we needed anything else or to go boxes and asked how we would be paying for the bill. One party member said we are not paying for this meal. The waitress got very AGGRESSIVE and said OH YES YOU WILL PAY FOR everything but the ravioli entree or we can call the cops. This was far from necessary behavior on the part of any parties in this establishment. We did pay and tipped and left for the fire department and have been treating the burns of our party member who now cannot drive home tomorrow. Just because a father, who never yelled or screamed or made threats, angered the higher up individuals, this is no excuse for such treatment. I am at a loss for words. In short. 1 STAR DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Expect that plates can burn and blister your skin and don't expect them to care.

Food and Service were second to none. As good if not better than other Italian eateries/
