I was at Captain D’s tonight to get dinner I was there between 715 and 730 I ordered the catfish dinner also French toast sticks with strawberries and a couple sides of Cracklins she open the Cracklins to show me and there was not even a tablespoon I asked I get another one and the girl got an attitude then I also ordered extra powdered sugar and the girl forgot it and the lady in front asked for it and the manager in back through it through the window this was the worst experience ever Iuse to be a assistant manager at the one in Hendersonville along with Goodlettsville then on to Bowling Green Kentucky and I know business is not ran like that I visit this Captain D’a at least twice a week and for me to spend $35.00 -$50.00 you would think they would be more professional
Then I got home and my fish isn’t cooked fully so I call and Ma.Kenzie proceeded to tell me that the Owner said to tell me NOT TO COME BACK!
And the fish was completely cooked!
I Have told a lot of people about this captain D’s and how good it was but the service absolutely stinks she had just as well thrown all the food at us! I will make sure to spread the love and let everyone know NOT TO GO TO CAPTAIN D’S IN WHITEHOUSE TENNESSEE
