Sat at the bar thinking we would get better service . Waiter checked in after a couple minutes . Only checked in again after being there for an hour with the same hot beer we got when we sat down.Ordered nachos and served with no napkins or plate . Had to go to the bathroom for those. He never came
Back to see if we needed anything or drink refills.

Went there for lunch. Food was very good service great and their Tex -mex egg rolls are the best. The cobb salad was very large and had enough to split with someone. We also had the fried pickles I don't care for pickles but really liked these. We will be going back very soon.

After going to the Pleasant view location and getting a BURNT hamburger steak I decided to try Ashland City. And all three were burned And this was after asking for them Please do not burn my burger. An employee came out of the bar. I stopped him and asked that looked at it and said well I can see you know nothing about BBQ and any other foods that are grilled or smoked. Well I was a cook in the military and rarely did I get a complaint. This was either a cook not watching his grill or a feeble attempt at blackened meats. I told the waitress I would accept the hamburger medium well if you can't cook it without burning. What was once one of the best items on the menu it now is the worst. Wife got the club sandwich and her french fries were cold. And the sandwich bread was stale. I doubt I will be back. It wasn't that there was a problem. After telling the waitress and some guy who said he was a manager he didn't offer me a desert or a discount on the bill.

I have been coming to your place for a year and have really enjoyed it. Two Fridays I am and ordered my usual meal of fried fish. The fish I got looked like a very small piece of white fish that had been broil. I asked what happened to the fired fish that I always get and was told that this is what you are serving and have been serving all along. I had a new waitress and asked to her go and check on this fish. When she returned I was told that the cook and said that is all you have ever sold. I have not been back and miss your food etc.s
Please tell me that she was wrong and you now have gone back to regular fried cat fish.
