They were kind enough to issue a refund, but I usually stick to my original reviews to capture the essence of my experience, whether it was stellar or otherwise. It's crucial for folks to know that they don't actually cook the food; locals are in the know about the "Take and Bake" concept, which can be a surprise for newcomers. On a brighter note, the pizza is fantastic-fresh ingredients, a variety of choices, and I absolutely adore the large pepperoni on the XL New York, especially with those Tuesday specials!
