We take the freshest, highest quality foods from our local farmers and use products from these farms whenever possible to inspire our artistic sandwiches, salads, soups and hot plate entrees. We use olive oil and balsamic vinegar as our base on most dishes and our spices are mixed for us locally by Langniappe Spice Company here in Cookeville. We start from scratch on most of our plates. Our chicken sandwiches are made with fresh chicken breasts that we roast and slice, We also roast the steak for our steak sandwiches. We use organic products whenever we can and pay our local farmers what they deserve for the quality products that they provide for us.

We are proud of what we create every day and hope that you will come and experience with us, local food with local flavor!
