This charming gas station kitchen offers hearty servings of home-cooked meals that are truly satisfying. I savored the fried catfish, which was perfectly crispy, and the caramel pie was absolutely divine. After a day of hiking at Rock Island State Park, I enjoyed a delicious catfish sandwich, a Philly, and a supreme chicken sandwich, all crafted with care by Delicia and her daughter Allie, making it my favorite stop for a bite to eat.

I ordered the catfish because so many had bragged on it, and I'm a big critic, so I ordered the catfish, fried green tomatoes, and fried squash,. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! That was the best fish and sides. Fixing to get some of it tonight if my hubby hurries lol
