The servers are polite and efficient, making every visit enjoyable. The food is consistently delicious, and the service exceeds expectations, even during busy times.

I have been to Chop House twice in two months. The first time, some of my food was good, so I decided to let it go, thinking it was an "off" night. I ordered one of the more expensive entrees, expecting perfection; however, it disappointed. The filet was very good; the lobster was not at all. It tasted very fishy and the meat was stringy.
Last night, I visited again, expecting the same perfection. However, for the second time, disappointment!
I ordered a sirloin steak medium, which was not a steak at all, but a chunk of beef that was red in the thick part and well done in the thin part. The chunk was somewhat like a piece of chuck roast--fatty and gristly throughout. Furthermore, it simply did not taste good.
On a positive note, the baked potato and creamed spinach were good, but the part of the meal Chop House has a name for was not good at all. In addition, the service was lacking. I feel as though I paid top dollar for "low lighting"!
I will not patronize this establishment again.
