Used this store for a catering order and the main meal items were missing after being delivered 45 minutes late. Multiple calls had to be made and after a second delivery an hour and a half after the scheduled time, the missing items were still not provided. Staff was rude , store manager was worse, and I was accused of lying about the items ordered even after providing the online order confirmation. General manager Mike assured it would be addressed and missing items would be credited, but three weeks and two reminders later, they have not been. Save yourself the aggravation and use someone else for your catering until they can address the issues with their staff and management.
