Love their burgers; the fish is outstanding. The restaurant may be in an older building, but that shouldn't deter you. It's a nice, clean spot with fast service - definitely a 5-star experience for me. A friend introduced us to this place after a pricey meal elsewhere, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious yet affordable food. The chicken fried chicken, fried okra, and pecan pie were highlights. Despite some pesky flies inside, the attentive server and overall great experience make me want to return.

A friend and I ordered two 2pc filets recently have no complaints about but online menu shows you get choice potato, slaw and green beans or white beans but we were not offered either one or onion but as I said what we got was really good and will be back also want to try the chicken livers.....thanks

Great little restaurant! Food was delicious, portions huge and prices were very reasonable. Win-Win-Win! Staff was very friendly too. We will definitely be back when we are in Lexington. Be sure to save room for pie!

The best food around !!!!! I been going for a about 6 months now I can’t stop! I’ve tried most everything on menu!! It’s all so well cooked comes out hot!!! Comes out the way u ask for it!!!! The plate is well plated! Food cooked to Perfection!!! Love dans !! I ate there every chance I get!!

Make sure you are hungry when you go, portions are huge!!! Well worth the money. Waitress are very nice and very friendly. This will be our go to spot when we really need to be filled up. Great! Great! Great!

Oh my goodness! If you leave hungry, you must’ve left a lot on your plate! Tried several menu items and they have all been wonderful! The waitresses and staff are down to earth and it feels like being at home, except I don’t have to cook or clean it! Dans is our favorite place to eat by far.

We have eaten here several times lately and have tried a variety of things on the menu and the food and service are second to none. Friendly folks that take care of their customers and the food is awesome. And you cannot pass up the deserts. Oh my gosh. The German Choc cake was to die for tonight. I am not one to go to websites and complete the reviews but I am doing this so you folks will go out and try it because you will be back. You can thank me later.
