Absolutely terrible customer service. I can't speak to the food because all we got served during our almost 2 hours there was a plate of potato skins. They were okay, but the whole experience was unpleasant. We will never go back here

Best steaks in this area. My daughter and her husband ate there with us and they really liked the food, they lived in FL and been at a lot of expensive restaurants and they said they would definitely go back there!
I give this a 5 star review!

This is the last time we will eat at this supper club, the food is terrible and the prices are very high for the quality of the meat they serve. I ordered the 8 oz prime rib medium well and got a piece of cooked rib eye off a grill that had no flavor or even much meat it did have a ton of fat! My husband got the large cut of prime rib medium rare and it was ok but nothing great. The owner came over and said the rib was her favorite and wasnt it so good, I said no I didnt order a piece of rib eye cooked on a grill, She said well the did put au jus on the grill 1st then put the piece of rib on it. It tasted like they cooked it in a skillet not a grill and was horrible, what a way to ruin a piece of prime rib! I guess dipping it in hot au jus isnt an option like the way alot of good place do. Also the french onion soup had all of 2 pieces of onion in it! Dont waste your time or money eating here! We wont ever be back!

We are regular customers at the Fox, & for good reason. The staff is always attentive & the steaks the best we've ever had. Like anywhere mistakes are made, but you never leave feeling under appreciated as they make every effort to please. Thanks for the many good times.
