Before I ordered I asked was the wings fresh,he told me yes..Of course they'll say that.I received my 10 wings they where small as heck the fries where soggy.The place hasn't been the same since Zach left us...The kids that they hired need to get their skills together..I will take a break I will try you guys out again later on down the road. Please get it together.

I'm beyond disappointed! The past years goodwings was amazing!! But the 2 recent times I've been have been abousoultly horrible! They don't have boneless chicken is what she said which know they do!, food was cold, and the girl at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE!

We were the second in line food was cold even fish cold buns cold. Even with the food cold fish was still good. I hope this will improve. We will try it again We were there at 2 pm not busy so No reason for cold food.F.F. was hot that was the only thing hot..

Got the 10 wing basket it was horrible. It was soggy and breading was nasty. Fries were soggy and cold. Ate 3 pieces and threw the rest away

Omg my experience was amazing. I’ve been craving catfish for a long time. Went by to pick up for lunch and sooo disappointed that at 1pm the line was still to long to get to enjoy. I showed up 15 mins before they were closing and normally that’s a toss up. My experience was a 10!!! Not only was I greeted by a friendly happy attitude, I was given fresh and hot food with a smile. Absolutely Amazing and Awesome!!! Keep up the wonderful customer service😊

If you like something that is like eating recycled chicken from the day before I say go for it tast like Walmart chicken with BBQ sauce poured on it to cover up the chicken who in there right mind puts sauce on breaded chicken it's like eating slimed wet dough this was the first time eating there and will be the last I was very disappointed
