The portions are so meager for the price you pay. Very stingy with what they give you. Go to Granny’s Greenbriar Patch if you’re hungry. Their portions are huge. Nothing wrong with taking a to go box home with you. You won’t need one at Larry’s because you’ll have to eat everything on your plate and still be hungry.

Food is good but they’re very skimpy on their portions. Not worth the price one pays if you don’t get full.

Food is decent but the portions are very meager. If you eat here, expect to still be hungry when you leave.

Chicken & dumplings are good could use less pepper or none at all, so children can eat them.Grown ups know how to put pepper on. Dressing has too much sage. Shoe peg corn is not as good as whole kernel corn, kids are famous for loving it too. mac & cheese is more like just mac with very little cheese. everything else is great. Thanks for letting me express my opinion but these thing keep me from eating there on certain days. Add 2 more stars if these are changed.

Wait-staff is down-home ladies with southern style. Always there to refill your tea or coffee.
