The food was ok, but.. the service was terrible. After placing our order and waiting for our food 35 mins we asked the hostess how much longer. We were not rude. The hostess( who is the managers wife) told us that the kitchen staff isn't standing back there with their fingers up their -ss, and if we wanted it any faster we could go cook it our selves or leave. I have never been treated so bad by any establishment in my life.

This is the place to go if you like great and delicious food at bargain prices. We love this place and usually go several times a week for the daily specials.

The owner Loressa Cobb was extremely rude and spoke so loud to me when I quitely ask if I could have new silverware as mine had dried food on it other patrons turned to look. It was embarrassing! Had my daughter not already had her food I would have told the owner to stick her fuc#%$# attitude and left right then. I will never return to this place again. It is nasty if they don't
check that the eating utincels are clean before giving to customers. Cracker Barrel is close, has better food and if a server is rude you can call the Mgr. to your table. I rate this crummy joint with 5 zeros and absolutely do not recommend anyone go there!!! I still wish I had told my daughter that we are leaving and just leave her food on the table!!!

Food was decent. Went in to pick up my to-go order and after waiting 5 mins for the maskless man to finish handling a lot of dirty one dollar bills he proceeds to ask me what I want. Followed by if i live here and that is it. no more conversation after that, just if i live here. excuse me mr TN your in gatlinburg, a heavy tourist area. I hope they know if this keeps up will end up losing your "livelihood" or even end up contacting and spreading covid, will never return here
