This restaurant has quickly become my favorite for Mexican food, thanks to its excellent service, prompt food delivery, and delicious margaritas. The portions can be small and some side items are a bit lacking, but the overall experience remains enjoyable with friendly staff and consistently tasty dishes. While the decor could use some updating and the town's liquor laws limit wine sales, it still offers a great alternative to typical fast food with a menu full of flavorful options.

Very good food and very courteous. Great service . Came twice . Once for a Birthday for granddaughter and again with granddaughter for take out. Highly recommend . Nice family atmosphere.

This is the best los Portales I have been to the bald guy is always very courteous and I forget his name but he always knows what I get to drink and he usually knows what I'm going to eat he always brings a bowl of cheese dip to the table because he knows I'm going to get it. Best service in town!

We have eaten at every location in Jackson and Lexington. We have always had good service and food tasted great.

Nasty - rude girl working. Every time I go she tries to hit on my husband. And the owner allows her to treat the customers this way
