Pizza was ordered 3:57, call from driver 5:20 delivered at 5:37
So pizza was cold and sauce was not good. Because it was cold the toppings were hard.
My personal thoughts? You live and learn I will have to pass on ordering again.

it seems that since they have moved to the new location the sauce that set Luigis above the rest of pizzas has eather been changed or cut back not as onits not the same no reason to go back i loved it too

I am so disappointed. The pizza was just plain gross. No flavor no seasoning and so soggy it made me gag. Luigis makes the one dollar lunchroom pizzas look gourmet.

I hate wasting money to the point that even if I get horrible food I try to force myself to eat it just so I can feel like I got something out of it but I couldn't do it with this stuff. The pizza tastes like paper topped with generic brand veggies and meats. There's absolutely no flavor at all. Not even with tons of seasonings from my kitchen cabinet. Delivery was disappointing. You have to keep calling to remind them you have an order and then it finally shows up after you've had to get into it with whoever claims to be a manager.

I ordered a sub and a pizza. The sub was nothing but wet bread and questionable lunch meat. The pizza was tasteless and the toppings were sparse. i feel like their prices are too high for what they serve. I asked to speak to a manager and was disappointed to find out that the lack of customer appreciation goes straight to the top. It's disturbing that they are even allowed on base. I will not recommend this place to any incoming personnel.

First time I went to Luigi's is was great. It was carry out.
This time it was delivery from SECTOR: H4, EMP: 39. Delivery #368
Was told it would take about 30 minutes, and it was well over an hour.
The delivery guy said it was hot and it was cold. I was so disappointed. Total cost $19.15

Terrible pizza. Good sizes. Not enough cheese.I keep adding and adding. A few weeks ago we asked for banana peppers and got jalapenos!!!!! When we placed another order w few weeks later I told them this. We had to throw it out. Couldnt eat it. They acted like I was lying and just read off what the order was from that order. They never offered to replace it at no charge. Will never order from them again!!
