Top Reviews of McDonald's

This place is disgusting! It has cockroaches inside the Cafe machine, kitchen and dinning room areas. They refuse to pump the sewage because it cost money so the sewer is always backed up. Therefore, the bathrooms always smell like feces. You can even smell the sewage in the parking lot.

These people only care about their profits and not your health and safety. You might even find pubic hairs in your french fries. I also I'd advise you not to let your children play in the play area. Not only is it nasty it is very unsafe.

Some of the employees that work at McDonald's in Kingston Springs TN has bedbugs. The employees are constantly sweating in your burgers because they will not get the AC fixed. Some employees have even had to go to the hospital because of the heat.

Most of the employees do not wash their hands after using the restroom. In fact, most of them have bad hygiene as it is. And they touch your food.

I work here and wont even eat here. I suggest that you call the health department and codes. As I fear I will be unemployed if I report them. This place needs to be shut down before more people get sick. And believe me, there has been a lot of people get sick. They are just paid off so you don't hear about it.

Last tid bit of advice, Watch your feet for rats or rat droppings. They have no one that knows how to clean properly there. So it may look clean but it isn't sanitized. I would also stand there and watch my food be cooked as some of the "cooks' will drop food only to cook it and serve it to you.

To help your case with the Health Department; let them know the cooler and freezer where the food you eat from has mold and mildew.
