The old-fashioned steamed buns took me straight back to college days, and the pastrami and Reuben sandwiches were packed with fresh, flavorful meat that hit all the right spots. With a cozy, no-frills vibe, friendly folks, and legendary potato salad, this cash-only deli delivers a deliciously authentic Gatlinburg experience that even picky eaters couldn't resist.

The pastrami sandwiches at this deli took me back to my college days, with the old-fashioned steamed bun making each bite unforgettable. Despite the challenge of parking, the friendly service and delicious potato salad made the experience well worth it, and I can't wait to go back for another Reuben on pumpernickel!
