I used to eat there, mainly out of lack of choices. Food has not changed since day one, quality is far below standard across the board. They have a unique coconut shrimp that is very good, but the other go to's depend on the day and how long they leave it on the buffet. Customer service is really lacking.

My last visit, I ordered a buffet to go. That consisted of a to go box and one bowl for soup only. As she rang me up, she lifted up my to go box and reached over and charged $1.00. I asked what the $1.00 charge was for, her explanation was that it was too heavy. You can't fit much food in there and the heaviness came from the big scoop of rice that was in there. Had I spent the same money but dined in, I could have eaten more food. That extra dollar cost them much more since I have not, and will not return.

Worst place to eat in Pleasant View. They have a so called buffet that has barely any food in the hot trays and your lucky if it hasn't sat in those trays for hours. Then if you happen to get take out from the buffet the lady has a fit if she thinks you have gotten to much in that tiny tiny container they give you for $8.00 for the dinner.She No No You Have To Much!! My daughter once was told she couldn't put a few pieces of General Chicken in the tiny little soup bowl they give you because she hates the soup but still she is paying the $8.00. Every time I have gone there weather I am eating there with the buffet or getting buffet take out I always have to wait on food and when you ask if they will bring more out the lady ask how much I need. Are you kidding me...I am not giving an order its a BUFFET!!! I got take out tonight and my breaded crab was so hard my dog couldnt even bite into it thats how long that had sat there. I wonder if the health department has been there lately. They need to make a surprise visit. That place is an insult to Pleasant View. The place use to be somewhat good but has gone down hill really bad.
