Our 40th Anniversary seafood dinner. $116 dinner for 2. We should have drove through McDonald's for a fish sandwich which would have been superior. Service was terrible, food was terrible. Table look and felt like a child's playpen after they have eaten. Greasy table , salt shaker and booth was sticky. The 1 drink which was supposed to be a margarita, tasted like tequila and water ($8.69) . Two of the most expensive dinners that we splurged for our 40th Anniversary night $40 and $41. The staff clearly showed a lack of training and tips on appearance and hygiene. We have lived here for 26 years and not "well they are tourists and will be gone in a few days " people. Nobody should have to have a dining experience like this. I'm wouldn't be surprised if people that have eaten there have been sick afterwards. What an embarrassment for a large established restaurant.

We ate at RL in Sevierville yesterday. They had no tomatoes or cucumbers for the garden salad. They only had salmon, cod, and pollock for their fish choices. The baby scallops are now breaded and fried. Yukky. We weren't told this until we received our meal. We had the admirals feast. We ate it, but it was not good! We asked to speak to the mgr ( by the way, our waiter was very good!). The mgr offered to refund some of the money for the fish.... ? Anyway, we said No, and that we wouldn't be coming there anymore. We USED TO love RL and had looked very forward to it. Unfortunately the quality of food is not good now and we have our doubts about the mgt as well.
I hope all of your restaurants are not experiencing low/no stock items. If so, you might need to update your resume. We would hate for your business to be another statistic in these changing times. I only say these things because if it were me, I would appreciate knowing. Thank you for your time in reading this.
