They must use a blow torch to cook the burgers. Service was good but the burger was unedible, totally burnt on the outside.

Visited beautiful little town of Etowah with family . Spent 21/2 days what a great Train Ride. Farm House Restaurant came highly recommended, WHAT A WASTE! Found Scotties Great Food Excellent service tipped every employee $10.00each except the dish washer. We ate all our meals there during our entire stay. All I can add is this "All the employees at Farm House Restaurant should be required to attend additional training at Scotties especially the COOK!.

I do hope the Owners Read This! Sunday morning my husband went to get an order of Hash Browns and a side of Bacon from Scotties that I requested. Our kitchen is being renovated. I should have said Hardees. He was so mad after returning home that I had to hear complaints for an hour so I am passing them along. Apparently the cook complained loud enough for my husband to hear intentionally about how she didn't like heating the grill up so hot for hash browns. That maybe why when he got home he had to finish cooking them. They were still raw and the 2 pieces of Bacon had to finish cooking at our house as well. This all was not a great way to start such a beautiful Sunday morning. It was around 3pm when during another rant I was told that the cost $10.00. It is ashamed to get blessed out for ordering breakfast even if it would have been free. Will NEVER eat there again. Sorry for the Owners but they should know what is happening at their own restaurant. It could be a great place to eat with such limitations as Etowah. A shame they let a few bitter women ruin a good place for a whole town.

That place was nasty the food was burnt we waited a hour for food to get to us then couldn't eat it because of it was burnt then paid 33.76 for it I don't think that anyone should eat there

WORST food and cook EVER!!!! Service fair, unprofessional, crude, close to repulsive...and I am not super picky!!! Bleached blonde cook complaining ON and ON of having to cook and discussing personal, employee and diner problems very LOUD! Wish I had stopped at conv. store for crackers and drink!
