Well I have stopped for a burger and fries there twice lately. My wife and I ordered two burgers and two fries and our bill was $32.00. I can eat a set down meal at Cracker Barrel cheaper than that.

I've eaten here many times with my family, and got a job here about a week ago, and I would say that the food here is absolute perfection. I appreciate the way they make their burgers. they're extremely well-made, and just taste like time was taken to make them. and now I'm talking to the people who said it was overpriced: HOW MUCH FRICKIN FOOD ARE YOU ORDERING?! Bruh, the burgers there are like 8 dollers.
that's literally only 32 dollers for a 4-person meal. y'all this isn't overpriced, you are.

I called snow white after my tots were left out of my to go order. Mistakes happen, but I just wanted a refund for what I didnt receive. I will also add that I've never called anywhere for a refund before, but I just felt it was fair when the gravy tots is the only reason I order their food. Although a refund was eventually offered, I was too disgusted by the fact that they clearly thought I was lying. Why would someone take the time to lie about tater tots? I will never go there again.

I've been working down the road from the diner for almost two years now and just recently started eating here and wow the food is great and to whomever thought they're overpriced , I liked to know where you've been dining! I think their food prices are extremely fairly. Great food,great service at a great price. What more could you ask for!

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always good and the service is always great! I have lived in Wilson County my whole life and have always enjoyed visiting here and will continue to do so!

I moved to Lebanon nearly 15 years ago. Always wanted to drop in at Snow White Diner but never found the time. Last week I finally did. The food was very good and the waitress was friendly. Stopped in for lunch 2 days later and everything was fine, right up until I asked if I could get a copy of their menu. I was thinking it would be nice sometime to call in an order and pickup on the way home. I even told the waitress that. You would have thought I asked for the keys to the building so I could come in after hours, by the waitresses reaction. She started hem-hawing around and then said she would have to go and ask somebody. I just wanted a copy. I mean that's what their menu is.It's just a sheet of paper off of a copy machine and laminated. I didn't ask for the laminated version, just a copy. So I already felt uncomfortable when I initially asked and then saw the waitresses reaction. When she didn't get me a copy nor even mention it again it just rubbed me the wrong way. I left a $5.00 tip the first time and they couldn't come off a 10 cent piece of paper? I decided that The Snow White Diner was evidently doing so well that they did not need my patronage so I will happily oblige.
