My husband and I love Pancho's because the food is delicious and fresh, the portions are generous enough to enjoy leftovers, the service is attentive and quick, and the fajitas, nachos, and cheese dip are packed with perfect spice and flavor, making it the best Mexican restaurant we've experienced in the Columbia and Nashville area despite the menu being less extensive than others.

My husband and I are big fans of Pancho's! The food is super tasty, the service is always on point, and the portions are massive. I've tried a lot of Mexican restaurants around, but the fajitas and nachos here really stand out, plus the cheese dip has just the right kick!
